The purchase process

Once you have contacted us and feel comfortable that you are ready to proceed, then the following steps are taken;

1. Firstly if you want to hold or purchase a horse a non-refundable deposit of $300  is required. 
2.   Deposits and payments can be made by the following; e-money transfer, western Union, bank to bank, cash, US VISA or certified cheque.
3. Board fee of $15/day will commence as soon as the deposit has been made, we don’t mind boarding horses for any amount of time while shipping arrangements or until your ready for your horse. Please note that all expense’s and upkeep (farrier, de-worming or vet care) will be responsibility or new owner and all board and bills must be paid in full before horse leaves.
4. If purchasing and wanting to pay horse off in payments, it must stay here as a boarder until fully paid. We ask for a minimum of $500 payment towards purchase price of said horse each moth in addition to $15/day board .
5. A vetting is recommended for your peace of mind, to verify that the horse being sold is healthy and as advertised, but a vetting is purely buyers choice and price of a vetting will vary accordingly. (see list of vets on adjoining posts)
6. Any horses heading to the USA, will require a coggins and export papers (A cost of approx. $250 USD per horse a vetting will be extra and Once all vetting and health papers are done shipping arrangements can be made.
7. We are happy to help in any way with transport details and have re-homed horses across North America and even to Mexico!

Disclaimer and details

• We aim to rehome all our horses current on care, as horses arrive we immediately de-worm, then arrange the farrier and teeth floating, but sometimes horses come in and sell before we have had a chance to get everything done and we make the buyer aware.
• We do not do vaccinations so if you need this done it can be arranged either before-hand or once horses are with you. (please note- all USA horses should NOT be vaccinated before travel it is added stress and they may be rejected at the border)
• All horses are sold according to the disposition, character traits and health condition we are seeing here at our farm.
• We can not be held responsible for the condition of a horse (mental or physical) once it leaves our farm.  We cannot predict how an animal will react to its new environment, to new owners handling and riding technique.
• We will not be held responsible to change in horses disposition due to stress of the change in environment and stress of shipping.

• So Please be prepared to give your new horse time to settle in and get to know you, if the horse has been a rescue all the more reason to be patient as they have come from various situations and may not adapt as fast as a regular horse.

• Before a deposit is made, We reserve the right to change prices with out notice. 
• We reserve the right to forfeit a sale at any point of the process, at our discretion, money paid out will be fully reimbursed
